Refunds & Returns in the OHP Store
Products are provided by a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported in cases where the wrong size, or color was ordered or a customer changes their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, print-on-demand company offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Shipping in the OHP Store
Shipping rates and speeds are calculated by the carriers, and are based on the weight and size of your order as well as the distance to be shipped. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier, not the day that the order was placed. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. We cannot assist or control any customs delays that may occur with International orders.
Shipping of t-shirts within the U.S. may take 2–8 business days.
International shipping of t-shirts may take 10–30 business days.
Shipping of tote bags within the U.S. may take 2–5 business days.
International shipping of tote bags may take 10–30 business days.
